moonlight cocktail

a friday cocktail for you… this elegant drink was recommended by david’s brother and is really delicious if you have a penchant for floral flavours – violet, in this case. shake, with ice, 1 ½ shots gin, ½ a shot lime juice, ½ a shot cointreau and ½ a shot of violet liqueur (i used violet syrup). strain and serve in a martini glass, with a twist of orange zest.
